To Set up a wholesale account your business must:
* Be registered with State of operation
* Have a Business Checking Account
* Submit a Resale Certificate with Tax Exempt Number
* Submit Ownership and Federal Tax ID Number

Account Credit on New accounts will require Banking and Trade References.
